Pre-Hazard Mitigation Plans 

The Planning Department works with communities on Pre-Disaster Mitigation Plans that allow communities to conduct hazard mitigation planning and implementation of mitigation projects prior to a disaster event.  These plans make communities safer for local residents while also reducing the reliance on funding when actual disasters occur.
