UGA Carl Vinson Institute of Government Management Development Program (MDP) Virtual TrainingsThe Carl Vinson Institute of Government will offer a 20-Day Management Development Program course delivered over a seven (7) month period. The cost is $1,700 per participant and includes instruction, textbooks, assessment instruments, and individual coaching. The first phase of the course focuses on self-awareness. The second phase focuses on collaboration which includes a Class Community Service-Learning project. The final phase of the course focuses on process improvement and each participant is required to complete an individual project which will improve his/her division/department/city/county.
